About Us

The Ryan Stiles Celebrity Golf Classic was started in 2010 and supports the Burned Children Recovery Foundation each year.  Our event is more than just a golf tournament, it is a fun filled weekend of fundraising events designed to include as many people and businesses in the local area as possible.  The Ryan Stiles Celebrity Golf Classic awards 100% of all donations and net proceeds directly to the BCRF for programs like Camp Phoenix, an annual camp held locally for childhood burn survivors.

Mission Statement:

The Ryan Stiles Celebrity Golf Classic exists to
build a strong presence in the community in support of the Burned Children Recovery Foundation.

Building on our collective experiences and support,
The Ryan Stiles Celebrity Golf Classic
Organizing Committee works for excellence in developing and maintaining a quality charitable event in which individuals and corporations can participate.

What does the future bring?

Research to improve the children’s quality of life, counseling to minimize social discrimination, and continuing to bring an undiminished hope to the lives of burned children. The foundation hopes to bring the Camp Phoenix experience to more children by some day building their own facility. This facility would be built with the limitations and strengths common in burn survivors in mind to ensure that everyone experiences the benefits of the camp to their fullest potential. Further plans for the Camp Phoenix facility would be develop the vocational skills of the survivors.

The BCRF would also like to renovate their Phoenix House facility to better accommodate the families of burn survivors during their counseling and rehabilitation visits. The current facility is in need of repairs and is limited in space. The City of Everett has held the adjacent lot for the foundation hoping that someday the foundation would be able to expand their Phoenix House to better fit the needs of burn survivors and their families.
